User Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your Reflyo account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how.

Option 1 — Ask us directly (easiest)

Send an email to support@reflyo.pro from the email address on your account (or message us in the in‑app chat) with the subject “Delete my account and data.” We will verify it’s you and permanently delete your account within 30 days.

Option 2 — From the app

Log in, open the in‑app chat, and tell our team you’d like your account deleted. We’ll confirm and remove your data.

If you signed up with Facebook

You can also remove our app from Facebook: go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select Reflyo, and choose Remove. To also delete the data stored on our side, please use Option 1 or 2 above so we can verify and erase it.

What gets deleted

When we process your request we permanently remove your profile (name, email, Facebook contact), your chat messages, referrals, wallet and withdrawal history, and any 2FA or contact details we stored. Some records may be retained only where the law requires (for example, fraud‑prevention or accounting records), and only for as long as required.
