Welcome to Reflyo. By creating an account or using our website and services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use Reflyo. By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

2. What we do

Reflyo lets you complete short tasks and offers from third‑party apps (such as banking, wallet, crypto and shopping apps). When you complete a qualifying task, you may earn a reward that is credited to your account wallet. You may also earn a bonus when people you invite complete tasks.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. One person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts, impersonating others, or using bots, automation, or fraudulent methods is not allowed and may result in suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

4. Tasks, rewards & payouts

Rewards are only earned when a task is genuinely completed and verified according to the instructions given for that task. We may withhold, reverse, or cancel rewards that result from fraud, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, reversed conversions, or violations of these Terms or a partner’s rules. Withdrawals are processed to the payout method you choose, subject to any minimums and verification we apply.

5. Referrals

Referral bonuses are credited only for genuine new members who complete a qualifying task. Self‑referrals, fake accounts, spam, and incentivised abuse are prohibited.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to defraud us or our partners, interfering with the Service, scraping, reverse‑engineering, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Third‑party apps

Tasks may involve third‑party apps and websites that have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those third parties or for the offers they provide.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Earnings depend on the tasks you complete and are not guaranteed. We do not promise any specific income.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflyo and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
