This Privacy Policy explains what information Reflyo (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect:

  • Account details you provide — your name, email address, and (optionally) phone, country and Facebook profile.
  • Facebook Login data — if you choose “Continue with Facebook”, we receive your name, profile picture, and (if you allow it) your email address from Facebook. We do not receive your Facebook password.
  • Activity data — tasks you start or complete, referrals, wallet and withdrawal history, and chat messages with our team.
  • Technical data — IP address, device/browser information, and the page or source that referred you (for example, Facebook).

2. How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account and wallet.
  • To verify task completion and process rewards and withdrawals.
  • To provide support and communicate with you (including via chat).
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate accounts.
  • To improve and operate the Service and comply with legal obligations.

3. Facebook Login

When you sign in with Facebook, we use the information Facebook shares with your permission (such as your name and email) only to create and operate your account. We do not post to Facebook on your behalf. You can remove our app at any time from your Facebook settings under “Apps and Websites”.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting and payment processing), with third‑party offer partners as needed to credit a completed task, or where required by law.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to keep the Service secure. We do not require non‑essential advertising cookies to use the Service.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

7. Security

We protect your account with hashed passwords, secure sessions, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new date at the top of this page.
